Booking Deposit 50% booking deposit is required 2 weeks before event date.
Balance Payment The balance is payable upon photographs delivery to respective clients. We accept cash on delivery & cheque only as the final product will normally be hand delivered.
Coverage and Special Requests
The Client agrees that photographic coverage will be at the discretion of LAWA Photography. Whilst every effort will be made to incorporate special requests, final decisions on poses and photographic composition will rest with the photographer. Such requests are not binding instruction and will be excluded if the photographer in his or her professional opinion deems it appropriate, if external conditions are prohibitive or models are unwilling to participate. However, we will always endeavour t comply with the Client’s wishes.If photography is for an event or part, coverage will be for the period agreed as part of the package.
Expenses
If additional hours or excessive mileage are likely t be required it should be discussed in advance and agreed in writing. Overnight accommodation and subsistence may be necessary and will be charged accordingly. Expenses will be kept t an absolute minimum and will always be agreed with the client in advance.
The Photographer(s)
On occasions and with notice it may be necessary to substitute the original photographer(s) for others. This will only happen in instances of illness or other emergency.
Images and Colour Matching
All image sizes are nominal and images will be colour balanced to ensure a ‘close as possible’ match. Digital Manipulation and retouching Retouching of images will be at the discretion of LAWA Photography. Basic retouches are included in the package price. However, if the Client requests particularly detailed digital manipulation of images, beyond that of basic enhancement of presentation, this will be agreed in advance, in writing.

To copy or allow to be copied photographically / electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the written permission of LAWA Photography.
